I’m Sabrina, a lifelong observer and intuitive story-maker. I created Sabrina So Far to share reflections which nurture community and echo our collective consciousness.

I’m drawn to the poetry within ordinary moments. My work explores how nature, connection, and awareness can turn the simple into the sacred.

Sabrina’s Myth

I come from a family marked by addiction and absence—a lineage where pain and love have long struggled to coexist. My father died young, and my mother’s illness kept her distant. For years, I mistook survival for identity—learning how to read a room before I could read a book.

What saves me, still, is curiosity—the slow, daily practice of asking questions and seeing what’s real, inside and out. Writing became the first clear window: a way to let the light in and understand that pain can give way to wisdom. I’ve spent years discovering that tenderness is strength, that clarity is love, and that consciousness isn’t an escape from the human story, but a way to redeem it.

In Welsh legend, Hafren—later known by her Latinized name Sabrina—was a young princess cast into the River Severn by her father’s vengeful wife. What began as cruelty became transformation. The river took her name, and her spirit became its current—an immortal water nymph guiding life downstream, carrying both sorrow and renewal.

She has long been seen as a guardian of the river, invoked for compassion, protection, and healing. Her story reminds me that tragedy doesn’t have to be the end of the story—it can become motion, clarity, even devotion. Like Hafren, we can become shepherds of goodness—turning grief into grace, and letting what once drowned us become what teaches us how to flow.

In this myth, I see more than my own reflection—it’s a truth for the many. Milton once wrote of Sabrina as innocence restored through nature’s purity, a spirit who redeems what has been tainted. That image lives on: grace moving through sorrow, light returning through water. It’s a reminder that even what has been harmed can become a healer. Sabrina’s myth is not only mine—it’s ours.

Sabrina So Far is my soul’s outlet for processing and sharing, stories, reflections, and practical tools for growth. Through thoughtful writing, intentional photographs, and heartfelt audio, I hope to help you see the beauty in the everyday—and to spark your own creativity. Whether you’re here for truth-seeking, inspiration, or collaboration—welcome.

“Unencumbered by any concept of sin, the Master doesn’t see evil as a force to resist, but simply as an opaqueness, a state of self-absorption which is in disharmony with the universal process, so that, as with a dirty window, the light can’t shine through.”
